What's Your Shipping Policy?
Processing Time: 1–2 business days, excluding holidays. Shipping Time (United States): 3–6 business days for standard, 1–3 business days for express. Orders are shipped from the East Coast. Shipping Time (European Union and Australia): 10-17 business days for standard, 3–6 business days for express.
Where are you based and Do You Ship Internationally?
We are based in New York City, United States. We do ship to Australia, and some European countries (UK, France, Germany, Italy, Austria, Finland, Denmark, Spain, Norway, Sweden, Netherlands, Switzerland) Please note: European customers may be subject to additional VAT charges, which are not included at checkout and may be billed separately by your country's customs.
What Are Your Ingredients?
Our tattoos are made from materials specifically formulated for cosmetic skin contact. Film layer: acrylic polymer, cellulose. Adhesive layer: sucrose acetate isobutyrate, polyvinyl butyral, and cosmetic-grade plasticizers. Pigments: Genipa plant extract, D&C Black No. 3 (cosmetic-approved colorants). All components are tested for: Heavy metals (lead, cadmium, mercury, chromium VI). Phthalates (CPSIA compliant). Skin safety (ASTM, EN71, and international cosmetic regulations). We do not use PPD, ammonia, or harmful dyes. Our products are registered in the EU, UK, and US and meet all cosmetic safety requirements.
